Booking Information

All payments are to be made in British Pound Sterling, any other currency will be paid at the going exchange rate at the time of booking, and therefore we advise you to check the periods for renting.

Not included in the rental is the electric and gas, apart for these you have linen, towels and exta towels available without an additional fee.

When booking your dates your reservation will be temporarily held for 7 days, during which the booking forms you will receive should be filled in and returned to us with the deposits stated and the outstanding balance to be paid either on the day or 4 weeks in advance.

Cancellations with 1 week before your rental date begins will lose your deposit and incur a 10% charge, if you cancel your booking before the one week of arriving and you have paid the deposit then you will have your deposit refunded.

If the booking form has been returned to us and you require additional dates or a change of dates then we will do our best to find the nearest dates available, any money paid to us at that time will be refunded or put towards the new dates chosen.

Short weekend lets or long stays more than 1 week are available on request and subject to available dates, email us with your details.
